Joseph A. Merolle

Joseph A. Merolle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Regent University.

He taught health and physical education in the New York City public school system and currently works as a public school counselor on Long Island.

As a competitive bodybuilder and a weightlifter for 20 years, he is dedicated to finding a pathway to assist athletes, in spite of their ages, in becoming more competitive without the use of drugs. He has a particular interest in helping people overcome obesity and muscle atrophy and helping professional athletes restore the muscle-growing potential and fat-burning ability they once knew in their early years of training. His dedication led to the development of the Breaking Plateaus Weight-training System with an emphasis in computer technology.

If you or your team is interested in being trained by Joseph, or you're interested in consultation for your athlete's training system, please contact him at joe@breakingplateaus.com.
